SBR PARTNERSHIP - READ THIS FIRST

CHECK THE CALENDAR BEFORE ARRIVING

Welcome to this unique partnership between the New River Gorge Trail Alliance (NRGTA) and the Summit Bechtel Reserve (SBR). This partnership exists to foster community interaction while providing a new recreational opportunity for the area and to help maintain the SBR trails.

The 35 mile trail system consists of XC and DH oriented flow trails built for progression from basic beginner to expert. Plus, to help grow those skills, there is a skills park, multiple pump tracks, a dirt jump learning zone and two dual-slalom courses.

Please help grow this partnership by respecting the following guidelines.

  1. Must have a signed SBR waiver on file to ride

  2. These mountain bike trails contain manmade and natural features including berms, jumps, drops and other variations.

  3. Please ride to your ability level

  4. Please wear your helmet and other personal protection equipment

  5. Please commit to protecting the progressive trail ethos of the Summit, do not build new trails or trail features, do not work on shaping existing jumps, berms or other features.

  6. Please stay on mountain bike specific trails and gravel road routes to access the trails. Do not ride walking trails, off-trail or explore other areas of property

  7. Please do not ride or attempt to use other adventure equipment including BMX tracks and skatepark.
